At MystiPicnic, we know plans can change — and we’re here to make that easy. That’s why we offer flexible rescheduling options for all our adventures. There’s no fee to reschedule within the generous timeframes outlined below, and we’ll always let you know in advance if any change involves extra costs.
1. Mystery Picnic Adventure
Changes to your booking (such as date, time, number of guests, or dietary needs) can be made up to 3 business days before your picnic date.
Free rescheduling within this timeframe
Additional charges may apply if you’re adding guests or upgrading inclusions
Within 3 business days, a small rescheduling fee applies due to supplier and coordination costs of €20.
Please note: Adventures are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, unless otherwise stated.
2. All Other MystiPicnic Adventures
Unless otherwise specified, all other bookings may be changed up to 3 business days prior to your experience.
- No fee within this timeframe
- Additional charges may apply if you’re adding guests or upgrading inclusions
- Experiences are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after booking.
