Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the purchase and use of Gift Cards issued by MystiPicnic. By purchasing or redeeming a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not purchase or use a MystiPicnic Gift Card.
1. Purchase of a Gift Card
MystiPicnic Gift Cards can be purchased online at XXX or through an approved partner.
The currency is determined by the region selected on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct currency and recipient email address are selected at checkout. Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Upon purchase, the Gift Card will be delivered via email to the address provided. MystiPicnic may assist with correcting any errors, but this is not guaranteed.
Gift Cards are non-refundable.
2. Redemption of a Gift Card
Gift Cards can be redeemed online by entering the code at checkout.
The full or partial balance may be used. Any unused credit will remain on the Gift Card and can be used for future purchases, within the card’s validity period.
3. Recharging
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or topped up. Once the balance is used or the card has expired, it can no longer be used.
4. Expiry
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The expiry date is noted on the Gift Card.
5. Exclusions
Gift Cards can be used toward any MystiPicnic Adventure. They cannot be used to purchase:

6. Lost or Stolen Cards
Treat your Gift Card like cash. MystiPicnic is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
If your card is lost or stolen, please contact us via the website with proof of purchase. If the Gift Card was received as a gift, the original purchaser should reach out to us on your behalf.

Your use of a Gift Card is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to it for details on how we collect and handle your information.
